So. I had planned to talk about this for a while but it never seemed the right time for it. In September 2017, I had Mononucleosis also known as Glandular Fever. After being incredibly sick for one month and having healed from the fever, I noticed a very strange weakness that persisted. It was nothing I had experienced before and distinctly different from being tired or being exhausted from exercise.
It seemed like an emotional fatigue that would inhibit the way I could express myself. Major symptoms were shaking legs, brain fog and feeling wired. I did a lot of research and discovered how this condition is tightly linked to viral infections, especially mononucleosis.
It did not take much research to find out that many people have this condition and remain patients for the rest of their life. I am very stubborn and would never accept such a fate no matter how long it takes to heal.
In the next few weeks, I will upload multiple videos about the things I have researched and the things I have experimented with. I will post the science and my conclusions here so that it will be easy to keep track of my progress.
